I use a variety of techniques, including Neurokinetic Therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish, craniosacral, Tui Na, Zen Shiatsu, Thai, Reiki & Polarity energy work, and Structural Joint Balancing. A normal session may include any of these techniques in order to reach your therapeutic treatment goals. Please let me know if you prefer or dislike a particular modality. See my modalities page to learn more about what I do. Sessions are individualized and constantly evolving as together we release patterns of discomfort. I focus on chronic pain issues, recovering from injury (make sure to get approval from your doctor), and aiding clients in finding a more balanced, stronger place in gravity and in themselves. My mission is to help you achieve your treatment goals and have lasting positive results.
**Expect 5-10 minutes within each session to be spent in assessments & discussing treatment goals pre- and post- session and to allow transition time before and after the massage.
**If you are a new client, please come 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out an intake form.
**Please let me know at the time of scheduling if you need help getting on/off the table, need extra bolstering due to a health condition or injury, are pregnant, or are allergic to specific oils.
Cancellation policy: Please let me know ASAP if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment.
*I charge a $40 cancellation fee for any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
*For missed, "no show" appointments, you will be charged full price.
*If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time so the following client gets their full session.
*Exceptions will be made for covid/illness-related cancellations and emergencies. Please let me know if you are sick or potentially contagious, and I will waive cancellation fees.
